My Story

Belinda Chavez has been a Las Cruces resident since the early 70s.  Belinda graduated from Las Cruces High School, and went on to pursue a career in the banking industry.  After leaving banking, Belinda decided to try her hand at Real Estate. In 1997, she started property management as a clerical staff member while working to complete her real estate license. After receiving her Real Estate license in 2004, she went on to business ownership in 2016, launching BMC Management LLC. With her strong connection to the community, Belinda and BMC Management LLC strive to provide the highest quality of service to all their clients. Her goal is to provide excellent customer service to her clients while helping them make informed decisions regarding their investments. Belinda would like to thank all of BMC's past, current, and future clients, tenants, home buyers and sellers.
